Fairfield County Man Nabbed With Three Warrants A 49-year-old Fairfield County man got quite a surprise when he stepped off a Greyhound bus in Waterbury Police officers with the handcuffs ready. Fredrick Kushpinsky of Shelton was arrested Monday by Shelton Police on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear and a warrant with eight counts of violating a protective order, said Det. Christopher Nugent.
