Argument Leads To Woman's Arrest In New Canaan A Connecticut woman wanted on two warrants was charged with failure to appear during an argument with another person at a Fairfield County home, authorities say.  New Haven County resident Giorgiana Rose Mastrangelo, age 23, of Ansonia, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 10 in New Canaan on Forest Street. When New Cannan Police officers arrived at the scene of the argument they found Mastrangelo had active arrest warrants out of New Haven and New Canaan, said Lt. Marc DeFelice of the New Canaan Police. Woman Accused Of Stealing From New Canaan Victim's PayPal Account A Connecticut woman has been arrested for allegedly stealing money from another person's PayPal account. New Haven County resident, Giorgiana Rose Mastrangelo, age 21, of West Haven, was arrested by New Canaan Police for the incident which took place on Tuesday, April 6, said Lieutenant Jason Ferraro.  According to Ferraro, an investigation found Mastrangelo took without permission and made an unauthorized transaction of $400. She was arrested by West Haven Police and picked up by New Canaan Police on Monday, Aug. 16, and charged with larceny. Mastrangelo is being held a $2,500 …
