Norwalk Man Tries Fleeing Arrest After Trying To Entice Teen Into Sex: Police
A 20-year-old Connecticut man was apprehended after ramming police vehicles to escape arrest for trying to entice a 13-year-old victim into engaging in sexual activity in the Hudson Valley, authorities said.
