Argument Leads To Woman's Arrest In New Canaan A Connecticut woman wanted on two warrants was charged with failure to appear during an argument with another person at a Fairfield County home, authorities say.  New Haven County resident Giorgiana Rose Mastrangelo, age 23, of Ansonia, was arrested on Thursday, Aug. 10 in New Canaan on Forest Street. On March 6, investigators at the New Canaan Police Department received a report of a burglary at Embody Fitness on Forest Street, which was caught on video days earlier at approximately 3:45 in the morning, when $100 was taken.
