CT Man Shoots Stepson During Fight, Police Say A Connecticut man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting his stepson during a dispute. The incident took place in New Haven County around 10 a.m., Sunday, March 20 at a Milford home on Housatonic Drive. As patrol units arrived, they discovered Sean Stroomer outside the residence suffering from one gunshot wound to the back, said the Milford Police. Man Accused Of Firing Gun At CT Gas Station A Connecticut man was arrested after allegedly getting into a fight at an area gas station and then firing a gun at another person. New Haven County resident Derrick Colson, age 26, of Naugatuck, was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 1, by Naugatuck Police for the incident which took place on Monday, Jan. 1. Duo Nabbed For Firing Gun From Vehicle In Fairfield County, Police Say Two Fairfield County men have been arrested for allegedly firing gunshots out of a car while driving around the region.  John Blackwell, age 31, and Alston Powell, age 53, both of Bridgeport, were arrested by Fairfield Police after police responded to 911 calls of shots fired in the area of Fairfield Woods Road and Stillson Road. New Canaan Man Who Claimed He Accidentally Shot Wife Charged With Murder A Fairfield County man who said he accidentally shot his wife to death in their basement has been charged with her murder.  Albert Kokoth, age 77, of New Canaan, was arrested on Tuesday, July 13, for the Thursday, May 6, shooting death of his wife Margaret Kokoth. Man Nabbed Firing Gun At Vehicles In CT Hotel Parking Lot, Police Say A Connecticut man has been arrested for allegedly firing a gun at several vehicles in a hotel parking lot. On Sunday, March 7, Windsor Locks Police responded to the Holiday Inn Express, located at 600 Spring St, to investigate a complaint regarding an unoccupied vehicle parked in the parking lot which appeared to have been struck by gunfire. Officers located an SUV in the parking lot which appeared to have two bullet holes.
