Fairfield County Tax Preparer Admits To Lying On Clients' Returns A tax preparer in Fairfield County is facing prison time after admitting to preparing hundreds of false tax returns for clients. Veronica Huitzil, 39, pleaded guilty in Bridgeport district court this week to preparing false tax returns and defrauding the IRS out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
