A 2-year-old boy who died after falling from a third-floor window is one of five children who were allegedly living in "deplorable and uninhabitable" conditions at a Connecticut residence. The incident took place around 3:30 p.m., Saturday, July 22 at 1091 Capitol Ave., in Hartford. According to Lt. Worker Dies After Falling From Tree In Fairfield County A worker from a local tree removal company died after falling from a tree that he was removing from the property of a Trumbull home. Eris Banegas-Gomes, 28, of Bridgeport, was wearing a safety harness around 9 a.m. Saturday, as he climbed the tree to a height of about 45 feet at the Pinewood Trail home, police said.  He then began removing the top portion of the tree, when the tree broke off at its base.
