Man Threatens Staff, Patient At Health Care Center In Greenwich, Police Say A man has been charged after police say he threatened staff members and patients at a health care center in Greenwich. Greenwich Police say they responded to Family Centers Health Care in Wilbur Peck Court on a report of a patient who had caused a scene and threatened staff members and patients on Monday, July 29 around 2:30 p.m. Further investigation revealed that a man identified as Lloyd Cooke, 52, of Greenwich acted in a manner that caused fear, annoyance and alarm to other patients and staff members in the office, police say.
