Man Charged In Connection With Fatal Hit-Run Crash In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash that left a bicyclist dead, lying in the roadway. Stamford Police arrested a city man on Thursday, Aug. 12, who was involved in the fatal collision on Friday, Nov. 6 that left a 19-year-old dead, according to authorities.
