Ken was born on September 27, 1939 in Bayonne, NJ, youngest of 4 brothers born to Eugene and Cecilia (Paulson) McGahren. He graduated from Pratt Institute in New York City in 1968 and was registered to practice in New York and Connecticut. Missing College Physics Student, 21, Found Dead In New York City A body pulled from the East River has been identified as a 21-year-old University at Albany physics student. John Carlos Garcia-Mendez, a resident of New York City, was found in the water near the Manhattan Bridge. Garcia-Mendez’s death is not considered suspicious, Albany Police said, noting he may have traveled to the city from Albany and there were no signs of trauma. Footage Shows Final Moments In Crash Of Helicopter Piloted By Danbury Man Footage taken from the inside of a New Jersey helicopter captures the final moments of the victims' lives before crashing in the East River Sunday. The video was posted by Trevor Cadigan of Dallas, Texas, on Instagram. The 26-year-old was one of the five passengers pronounced dead, the New York Post reports. Other victims were identified as Tristan Hill, 30 of NYC; Daniel Thompson, 34 of NYC; Brian McDaniel, 26 of Dallas, Texas; and Carla Vallejos-Blanco, 29 of Argentina, the story says.
