Norwalk Man Busted Selling Drugs At Center For Pregnant Women, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been arrested on narcotic-related charges for allegedly selling drugs out of a center for pregnant and parenting women. The incident took place in Norwalk on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Sgt. Ryan Evarts of the Norwalk Police, Brent Menskey, age 37, of Norwalk, was arrested by warrant following an investigation after police received information that he was selling narcotics out of a live-in long-term rehabilitation facility center for pregnant and parenting women.  A warrant was served on Wednesday, Oct. 11, for Menskey and an apartment on Elmcrest Terrace, …

Man Nabbed For Running Prostitute Out Of Westport Home, Police Say A 65-year-old Fairfield Couty man has been arrested for allegedly promoting and permitting prostitution. Richard Lepkowski, of Westport, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 19, by the Westport Police for an incident that took place in Oct. 2019, said Westport Police Lt. Anthony Prezioso.  According to police, on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2019, officers responded to Lepkowski's home on a complaint of a verbal disturbance.
