Several Connecticut restaurants are the cream of the crop when it comes to their wine offerings, according to new rankings released by Wine Spectator.
A total of 36 eateries were recognized as winners of the 2024 Restaurant Awards released by Wine Spectator, a publication that serves as a leading authority on wine.

A popular restaurant has opened a new location in the region.
Greca Mediterranean Kitchen + Bar, which operates a Connecticut location in Litchfield County, now has a New York restaurant in Westchester County, located in White Plains.
The new restaurant's menu offers guests a wide selection of dinner dishes, including gyros, Faroe Island salmon, lamb chops, skirt steak, and more.

Bradley Cooper, Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio were spotted dining in Westport.
The three actors stopped for lunch at Bartaco on Wilton Road in Westport, located along the Saugatuck River, last Wednesday, GreenwichTime.com reports.
Cooper, who is renting a house on Sasco Hill in Fairfield, and DiCaprio were also seen last month boating together on the Long Island Sound.
Bartaco, located at 20 Wilton Road, is currently open by reservation only and takeout.
