Duo Nabbed Trying To Get Medications With Fake Prescriptions In Fairfield County, Police Say Two men have been arrested for allegedly attempting to illegally obtain prescription medications from a Fairfield County pharmacy. New York City residents Christopher Estrella, age 21, of Queens, and Isa Hills, also 21, of Manhattan, were arrested on Monday, April 19, by Westport Police, said Lieutenant David Wolf.  Their arrests took place after Westport Police received a report from a local pharmacy that an unknown person was attempting to obtain prescription medications via the phone, Wolf said. State Police Welcome 37 New DARE Officer Candidates DARE. in Connecticut welcomed 37 new officer candidates on Monday who will spend the next two weeks learning how to work with elementary school students in the areas of drugs and violence.The candidates for the Drug Awareness Resistance Education (DARE) program, includes 12 Connecticut state troopers, 17 police officers, one military police officer and seven out-of-state police officers. The candidates will work with certified mentors and teachers to become DARE officers. DARE is an education program that seeks to prevent the use of controlled drugs and violent behavior in children.
