That was the story for South Norwalk Electric & Water‏ on Monday, as crews went out to make repairs.  Heavy machinery was at the scene of a water main break on Connecticut Avenue between Scribner Avenue and Stop & Shop in Norwalk all day.  "Customers can expect service interruptions and traffic delays from numbers 307 to 489 through Monday evening," SNEW said via Twitter.
