The incident took place just after midnight on Saturday, Feb. 1, on Church Hill Road, said the Newtown Police. The department, who said the 911 caller reported that their house had "fallen down," quickly arrived on the scene and found that the home had been struck by a Ford F-350 driven by Andrew Anglace, of Newtown, police said. Newtown Restaurant Reaches Settlement With Feds The owners of a Fairfield County restaurant and its landlord has reached a settlement with the federal government to resolve claims that it did not comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
