Officers found a 22-year-old from Hampden suffering from a bullet wound at the scene. Woman Struck, Killed By CT Transit Bus A Connecticut woman was hit and killed by a bus. The crash took place around 6:45 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21, in New Haven. New Haven Police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian being struck by a CT Transit bus, on Chapel Street, between Orange Street and Church Street. Maria Luisa Morales, age 55, of New Haven, was struck by a box truck on Thursday, March 18, in New Haven, authorities said.
