Several people were nabbed on drunk driving charges in the Hudson Valley over the holiday weekend, including a Westchester woman rescued from a rolled-over car and a taxi driver, police said. A man is accused of driving under the influence in Fairfield County after officers responded to a report of a seriously damaged vehicle. Officers began investigating a possible disabled motor vehicle in the area of Post Road and Ledge Road in Darien at about 3:20 a.m. on Saturday, June 11. A woman from Norwalk was arrested and faces DUI charges after getting into an accident and fleeing the scene, Darien Police say.
