Widespread Bank Of America Outages Being Reported Many Bank of America customers are reporting issues accessing their accounts. First reports of the problems began just before 1 pm. on Wednesday, Oct. 2, with about 20,000 customers sharing outages on the website Downdetector.com. Some said they were stunned to see zero balances on their accounts. Others said they could not see their account balances. Issues with online and mobile systems, and ATM services are being reported. As of 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Bank of America had not commented on the outages. This is a developing story. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.
