Woman Assaulted At Westport Medical Facility, Police Say A man that allegedly head-butted a woman in Fairfield County during a domestic dispute is in police custody following a lengthy investigation. Members of the Westport Police Department were dispatched to an area hospital on Sept. 23, where there was a report of a woman who had been assaulted by a man during a verbal dispute that turned physical. Stamford Police Nab Two Fairfield County Men With 50 Bags Of Heroin Two Fairfield County men were nabbed with 50 bags of heroin by Stamford Police at an I-95 rest stop after receiving intel a deal was set up.  Carl Young, also known as "Moses," 52, and Anthony Risi, 48, both of Bridgeport, were busted around 5 p.m. Tuesday after officers with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit were tipped off to the sale, said Stamford Police Capt.
