Fairfield County Man Charged With Inappropriate Sexual Contact With Two Minors, Police Say
A Fairfield County man has been arrested for the second time for allegedly inappropriately touching two juveniles after giving them alcohol. The first incident took place in December when the Monroe Police Department received the complaint of a sexual assault taking place at the home of Thein Ly, age 38, of Monroe, said Monore Police Lieutenant Stephen Corrone.
