For New York City, Long Island, and the surrounding suburbs in New York and Connecticut, the overnight low temperature Wednesday night, Dec. 30 into Thursday morning, Dec. 31 will remain several degrees above the freezing mark, so precipitation will be all rain. The celebrity chef, her husband John Cusimano, her mother Elsa Scuderi, and the family’s dog, Bella Boo, were in their Lake Luzerne house, located in Warren County in the Adirondacks, on Sunday, Aug. 9, when the fire broke. It left the main house on the property with extensive damage.
