One Seriously Injured In CT Shooting A Connecticut man is in serious condition following a shooting. The victim was discovered around 2:59 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 9, when Hartford Police responded to the area of 479 Garden St., for a. ShotSpotter activation, said authorities. Upon arrival, officers located a man suffering from numerous gunshot wounds, Hartford Police Lt. Aaron Boisvert said.
