St. Luke's Khori Davis slashed a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the ninth Friday to give the Storm an FAA quarterfinal tourney win over Hopkins, 4-3. The game had been rain delayed for five days, with Hopkins holding a 3-2 edge after five innings, before play resumed Friday afternoon.
That sends St. Luke's, the No. 3 seed, to Stamford at noon Saturday to face the No. 2 seed, King School.
All of the FAA varsity spring sports tournaments are being followed on the seeded team's respective brackets webpages of the Main Street Connect Daily FAA site.
