Milano shared the honor this week with teammate Dan Pierce after they sparked the Panthers to a 27-7 win over Trinity, snapping that team’s 53-game home winning streak.
Milano threw four touchdown passes for the second straight week. He finished with 25 completions in 36 attempts for 286 yards and four touchdowns. He leads the conference with 214.8 yards passing per game. For the year, Milano has thrown for 1,289 yards with 14 touchdowns and three interceptions.
Milano was also named the conference Player of the Week after completing 22-of-33 passes in a 27-7 win over Colby in September.
Middlebury plays Hamilton on Saturday and finishes its season on Nov. 8 against Tufts.
Milano was a record-setting quarterback at New Canaan High School, where he led the team to a 22-4 record in two years as a starter. He helped two New Canaan teams reach the Class L championship game.
