Rachel Brittenham, a sophomore guard at Wofford College in Spartanburg, S.C., scored a career-high 17 points on Wednesday in a 78-66 win over Georgia Southern. Brittenham, who played in high school at St. Luke's, has started every game for the Terriers (3-4).
She is averaging a team-high 31 minutes and is the third-leading scorer with 10.0 points per game. In her big game against Georgia Southern, Brittenham connected for five 3-pointers and tied another career mark with six assists. She scored 11 points in the second half.
