NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Here’s a list of home sales and property transfers in New Canaan from Aug. 10 to Aug. 16, as reported to the New Canaan Town Clerk’s office:

? David W. and Joellen R. Oskin sold 56 Four Winds Lane to Robert C. and Louise Deragon Gibney, co-trustees of the Robert C. Gibney Recoverable Trust for $2.865 million.

? John F. and Elizabeth A. Kennelly sold 70 Dunning Road to Shane C. and Ann D. McMahon for $2.2 million.

? Sean L. and Elizabeth A. Dewinter sold 14 Silvermine Road to Victoria C. Thomas for $1,337,140.

? Charles Tricomi sold 50 Comstock Hill Road to John A. Edwards and Geraldine K. Edwards for $1.2 million.

? The estate of Carolyn H. Frazier sold 78 Brooks Road to Daniel A. and Jill G. LaGattuta for $1.1 million.

? East Maple Partners LLC sold 17 East Maple St to Richard Marney for $1.1 million.

? Jeroen and Beatriz Van Erven sold 51 Journeys End Road to Dan and Deniza Mihailoff for $930,000.
