? Katherine Brown, trustee of the Katherine Brown Trust, sold 297 Smith Ridge Road to Ian and Jennifer MacAllister for $1.8 million.

? Michael H. and Anne S. Karfopoulos sold 153 Bridal Path Lane to Dana Posner for $1.133 million.

? John H. Gardner II, executor of the last will and testament of Ruby Nell Gardner, sold 131 Mariomi Road to Brian and Analia V. McGuire for $1.01 million.
