New Canaan's Mallozzi Endorses Kasich In GOP Race For President

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- An official endorsement of John Kasich for President came from New Canaan First Selectman Rob Mallozzi III, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

Mallozzi told the New Canaan Advertiser he was part of a conference call Friday with former U. S. Rep. Chris Shays from Stamford and Kasich staff members.

"I was asked earlier in the week to endorse Governor Kasich and I was only too pleased to do so," he said, according to the report.
