A 20-year-old woman from Fairfield County was arrested after being found with drug paraphernalia and a stun gun during a traffic stop in New Canaan, police said.
Westport resident Alexia Paris Vickers was stopped shortly before 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 26, on Main Street, when an officer spotted her with a defective headlight in New Canaan.
