The man, 57-year-old Kevin Miller, was charged after New Canaan Police say they took a complaint at 10:10 p.m. on Friday, June 22 from the victim.
Wilton Police assisted New Canaan Police who traveled to Miller's home on Ruscoe Road to take him into custody.
Miller was processed at New Canaan Police Headquarters and released on $10,000 bond. He is due to appear in court on Monday, June 25.
