NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Police in New Canaan are investigating incidents in which a letter and packages were taken from local homes, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

The letter incident occurred on Sunset Hill Road on Dec. 14 and the package incident on Dec. 18 on New Lane, according to the Advertiser.
