Police: Former Student Arrested Trying To Enter New Canaan High

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — A 22-year-old man from New Jersey was advised to keep off school property after he was arrested Monday at New Canaan High School, the New Canaan Advertiser reported.

Tyler J. Moroch, 22, a former New Canaan High student, was charged with interfering with an officer and loitering on school grounds when he attempted to enter the school cafeteria and told a School Resource Officer that he was a 17-year-old transfer student, the Advertiser said.

An investigation determined Moroch's age and identity, and he was arrested, the Advertiser said.
