New Canaan Police Warn Of Increase In Daytime Car Break-Ins

NEW CANAAN, Conn. New Canaan Police are warning residents of an increase in daytime vehicle break-ins, according to a series of Tweets from the department on Friday.

Police also reminded residents to lock their vehicles and remove any valuables. Valuables have been reported stolen in the break-ins, police said via Twitter @NewCanaanPolice.

The vehicle break-ins are occurring in municipal lots, parks and other large parking areas, police said.
