New Canaan Police: Man Drove Off Road Into Rock Wall

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A New Canaan man who police said drove off the roadway and into a rock wall on Elm Street was arrested, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.

Police said that John Luther, 52, was arrested on Saturday, Feb. 6, after they responded to a call on Seminary Street of a vehicle that had left the road and was resting on a rock wall near a business, said the New Canaan Advertiser.

Luther was charged with evading responsibility, driving with an obstructed windshield and failure to drive right. He was issued a summons and released on a $100 bond, added the New Canaan Advertiser.
