An officer pulled over a car for speeding on Gerdes Road near Conrad Road at around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday. The officer requested identification from both the driver and the passenger, and later determined that the passenger had handed over a fraudulent Maryland ID, according to police.

The passenger was identified as 55-year-old Allan Wilson of the Bronx, and it was determined that he was a fugitive from justice from New Jersey wanted on an active warrant that is extraditable, according to police.

Wilson was charged with being a fugitive from justice and second-degree forgery. He was held without bond and will appear in court on Tuesday.
