Wilton Couple Face New Canaan Drug Charges

NEW CANAAN, Conn.  – A Wilton couple was arrested Saturday by New Canaan Police as part of an investigation into drug sales.

Emmanuel Pasakiolis, 40, and Angelica Pasakiolis, 24, both of 1 Mail Coach Court, Wilton, are facing several drug possession charges. Emmanuel is charged with illegal sale or distribution of drugs and risk of injury to a minor, both felonies, and illegal possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Angelica is charged with illegal possession of drugs, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, a violation.

Police said investigators and members of the department’s special response team, in conjunction with Wilton Police, executed several search warrants at the couple’s home at about 1 p.m. Saturday. Police said they found more than a pound of marijuana, cocaine, scales, packaging and processing materials and drug paraphernalia. Police said the searches were the culmination of an investigation into illegal marijuana sales. Both were at home at the time of the search, were arrested and taken to New Canaan for processing.

Emmanuel was released on $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear March 7 in Norwalk Superior Court. Angelica was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 8.
