NEW CANAAN, Conn., -- New Canaan First Selectman Robert Mallozzi III has issued a proclamation dedicating Wednesday to be Horizons Day throughout the town. The proclamation recognizes the tremendous impact the Horizons Student Enrichment Program has had on the lives of New Canaan residents, and on the thousands of students it has served in our region. It now operates at 50 sites across the country.
