Regan’s case is scheduled to return to the Norwalk courthouse March 12, said her attorney, John Gulash Jr.
The case remains in pretrial, though no date has yet been set. Gulash said there will be more discussions on the case, but had no other comment.
Regan was charged by New Canaan Police on Nov. 3, 2010 with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and evading responsibility resulting in physical injury or death.
New Canaan Police said Regan was driving a 2008 Infiniti QX56 when she struck Krishna S. Jayaraman, 82, while he was at the mailbox outside his home on Aug. 18, 2010.
Jayaraman died from his injuries at Norwalk Hospital. Regan has pleaded not guilty to both charges. Regan and her husband, Michael, are also facing a civil suit from Jayaraman’s family in Stamford Superior Court.
