Police said Hill was issued the public disturbance infraction for being intoxicated at the Dunkin Donuts on Elm Street. The March 2010 arrest came after he was accused of being intoxicated and urinating on a computer at the New Canaan Library. Hill was also arrested on Aug. 10, 2010, on two warrants for failing to appear and not appearing on Aug. 23, 2010.
Hill was released on $2,500 bond and ordered to appear at Norwalk Court on July 19.
