NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The New Canaan YMCA has announced that 19 athletes from its three aquatics teams will continue their education and athletics at the collegiate level. These recent high school graduates include athletes from the Caimans Swim Team, Aquianas Synchronized Swimming Team and Whirlwind Diving Team. Craig Panzano, executive director at the New Canaan YMCA, commented: We feel so proud as an organization to have played a role in the development of these young adults. We have watched them grow and excel not only in the pool, but in other aspects of their lives as well and are confident that they will be successful in this exciting next chapter of their lives.
