New Canaan Nature Center Set For 44th Annual Fall Fair

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The New Canaan Nature Center will host its 44th annual Fall Fair event on Saturday.

The day of traditional family fun will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the center, 144 Oenoke Ridge. Center members can start their fun 30 minutes earlier by arriving at 9:30 a.m.

There will be activities for all ages, including pony rides, hay maze, games, crafts, live music, food, a bungee jump and zip line, apple sling shots, pumpkin decorating and more. New this year (weather permitting) will be human hamster balls

There also will be a children's pie-eating contest at 1:30 p.m.
