New Canaan Market Names Coloring Contest Winner

NEW CANAAN, Conn. — Walter Stewart’s Market has chosen 9-year-old Ellie Luciano as its first coloring contest winner  for the Summer Theatre of New Canaan’s production of “Little Mermaid Jr.”

Ellie will now have the opportunity to host a party for friends at stage-side for one of the “Little Mermaid Jr.” shows, a release from the market said. The market will supply food and beverages for the party.

This week the second coloring contest has begun for the theatre’s children show, “Cat In The Hat,” which will open June 29 and rotate weekends with “Little Mermaid Jr.” Children up to 9 can pick up the coloring form and submit it at Walter Stewart’s Market, 229 Elm St., for their chance to win, the release said.
