Earlier this month, the popular sandwich shop celebrated its grand opening at Litchfield Crossings on Danbury Road, New Milford’s largest shopping center.
Calling it “the true American sub,” free coupons were provided to the eatery’s first patrons, with charitable contributions being contributed to Camella’s Cupboard, a non-profit dedicated to feeding families and changing lives in the community.
“The waiting is over and we are thrilled to welcome Jersey Mike’s to the Litchfield Crossings family”, Litchfield Crossings Executive Director Kristen Gizzi said.
“They are an exciting addition to the Crossings, as well as to the New Milford Community. I know they will be a tremendous success and pleasant addition to the many dining options in New Milford.”
Jersey Mike’s franchisee signed a five-year lease with Litchfield Crossings, joining Chipotle as new dining options for patrons at the shopping center.
“We are excited to be a part of the Litchfield Crossings family and already feel at home in this family-friendly town,” Jersey Mike’s owner and operator Willy Nicolini said. “We are also pleased to be partnering with Camella’s Cupboard and assisting their efforts in continuing their good works in the community.”
