New Canaan Democrats To Select Town Committee

NEW CANAAN, Conn. – New Canaan Democrats meet Thursday evening to select members of the 2012-2014 Democratic Town Committee. The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. in New Canaan Town Hall. All registered Democrats residing in New Canaan are encouraged to attend.

Members of the Democratic Town Committee serve two-year terms. They help nominate appointees to town boards and commissions, help select candidates for elective offices and work to educate and mobilize voters.
