New Canaan Church Hosting Job Networking Session

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- New Canaan CaTS will sponsor a session on “Conversational Networking” with Matt Levy from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at First Presbyterian Church of New Canaan, 178 Oenoke Ridge Road.

Many job search professionals agree that effective networking can lead up to 80 percent of jobs landed. In this workshop, Levy aims to help participants develop a better networking style.

Levy founded PracticePro Solutions in 2009. PracticePro began by offering medical billing and practice management solutions to small and midsize medical practices. PracticePro has expanded to work with all small businesses. 

New Canaan Career Transition Support, or “CaTS,” consists of volunteers from two New Canaan churches --  First Presbyterian and St. Mark’s Episcopal -- that provide free, positive and informative assistance to those in job transition.
