Musical Comedy Takes New Canaan High School Stage

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The New Canaan High School's theater production of "A Day in Hollywood, A Night in the Ukraine" will run Friday, June 3 and Saturday, June 4.

A musical comedy consisting of two acts, the production features songs, sketches, and dance numbers performed by a chorus of ushers and usherettes at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in the 1930s.

Act 2 features a pastiche of Marx brothers comedies.

The performance Friday is at 7 p.m.; and at 2 and 7 p.m. on Saturday.
