Learn To Make A Valentine's Day Meal At New Canaan Library

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The New Canaan Library will host culinary experts Silvia Baldini and Analiese Paik, who will discuss putting together a Valentine's Day meal on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 10 a.m.

Baldini and Paik will discuss everyday aphrodisiacs, including strawberries, honey, figs, artichokes, chili peppers, edible flowers, chocolate and coffee, and how to incorporate them into an irresistible Valentine’s Day menu. 

Guests will learn to prepare a three-course, restaurant-quality, Valentine’s Day menu inspired by these foods of love. 

A $25 fee will cover beverages and ingredients.
