NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- Goldenberry will host a "Festive Food & Wine Tasting" as part of its 25th anniversary celebration.

The event will be from 4.30-7.30 p.m. Wednesday at 149 Cherry St., New Canaan.

Enjoy New Canaan food blogger Connie Littlefield's easy how-to demonstrations of holiday season recipes.

Using Goldenberry ingredients, Littlefield will demonstrate easy holiday season recipes, offer tasting samples and talk about entertaining tips.

One also can taste wines and champagnes from Wine Cellarage, which is owned by a New Canaan resident Lars Neubohn.

Goldenberry offers a wide range of foods, including European and British (English/Irish/Scottish) authentic cheeses, sausages, pies, teas, candies and chocolates.

It also has baby gifts, birthday gifts, jewelry, scarves, mugs, picture frames, books, lamps, paper napkins, dishes, glassware, candles, seasonal items, ribbons and more.
