Ryan Fletcher founded Fletcher Development and has begun to build luxury homes in select towns in Fairfield County, including Ridgefield, New Canaan, Rowayton, and Darien. His homes carry price tags of $1 million to $5 million.

“I enjoy building these houses and seeing them finished,” said Fletcher, who graduated from Roger Williams University with a degree in construction management.

One house he is currently working on is at 114 Skyview Lane in New Canaan, which is being marketed for $4.495 million.

The luxury home features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 7,200 square feet of living space. In addition, it has central air, 10-foot ceilings, a high-efficiency gas-powered HVAC system, heated master bathroom floors, and a stone patio. For additional costs, he can add on a finished walkout lower level and a generator.

Fletcher’s business is a full service construction company that specializes in new construction, remodels, renovates, additions, designs, and also interior design. The business has also been featured in New England Home Magazine, along with other publication prints.

When choosing a home with Fletcher Construction, other optional features that can be put inside your home include hidden/safe rooms, technology upgrades, custom garage doors, upgraded appliances, special windows, fireplaces, and much more. Buyers have options for customizing their future homes for the look you desire.

Fletcher grew up in the industry, digging foundations for his family's company starting at age 12. He got his start as a solo venture with his company with two "spec houses" in Ridgefield that he bought, completely renovated and re-sold.

He now has five full-time employees working for him on his seven properties that are currently under construction.
