NEW CANAAN, Conn. – In honor of its 10-year anniversary, Chef Luis Restaurant, in the heart of New Canaan, is starting a new chapter.
The restaurant is currently undergoing dramatic renovations, with industry veteran and newly-appointed General Manager Sergio Tamburlini leading the charge.
Renovations, which are currently underway, are dramatically changing the outdated colors of the restaurant to a cool grey, white and black palette.
Modern chandeliers and bar lighting, fresh tabletop lamps, textured fabric banquettes and chairs and creative wine displays are all on the to-do list for the next few weeks, and to come in 2018, a completely renovated bar adding additional seating.
In addition, the restaurant has partnered with Sorelle Art Gallery to provide guests a rotating collection of art available for purchase.
